Slush Blizzard creates a icy blizzard around Megaman that can be thrown at an enemy or used as a shield. It also slows down enemies. Glow Pulse sends a wave of damaging light on all sides. Venom Stinger causes an initial 4 damage when used on a enemy weak to it as well as causes lingering damage of 1 every minute for 5 minutes after being used. Piercing Bolt fires a large arrow  that causes large amounts of damage, though it can only be used when standing still. Phantom Phaser is a black hole like move that can negate projectiles and cause damage to enemies it draws in.
